Objective
Toddler Teachers understand and promote the schools mission, vision, goals, and policies both within the school community and beyond. The teacher is responsible for fostering a Montessori classroom environment and curriculum that addresses each child's individual needs. Candidates must actively embrace lifelong learning and adopt a collaborative approach to education while maintaining a strong sense of autonomy. A passion for outdoor education, along with a commitment to respectful parenting and teaching philosophies and restorative practices, is essential.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Benefits
Education and / or Experience : A high school diploma is required. A bachelor's degree or some college experience and prior experience working with children are preferred. While Montessori experience isn't necessary, understanding the philosophy is essential. Hands-on training will be provided.
Schedule : This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, for the 25-26 school year.
