Job Description
Job Summary : Assists the Program Manager in ensuring team members have all the resources required to perform their tasks. Works closely with the Business Management Office (BMO) regarding funding for subcontracts, charge numbers and various reports owed to the customer and details specific to the needs of the Program Manager. At this level, tasks and assignments tend to be general but may involve complex and / or non-routine assignments and duties are performed under limited supervision.

Education and / or Experience : Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S,) from four-year college or university in a related position and a minimum of 5-10 years of directly related experience and / or training. Master's degree in lieu of 2 years of experience.
Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies and procedures, requirements documents, statements of work and contracts. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting software with proficiency in, Microsoft Excel, Planner, SharePoint.
Other Essential Duties : Follows all import / export requirements, consulting with facility import / export personnel as required.
Other desired Skills and Abilities : MS Project Familiarity, Various task management software.
Other Qualifications : US Citizenship with ability to attain / maintain government SECRET security clearance.
