Your Role :

As a CDL-A driver in our private fleet, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise to Walmart locations in your region without the hassle of touch freight.

You’ll Shine If You :

  • Have 30 months of CDL-A experience within the last 48 months and a passion for long-haul driving.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to high safety standards.
  • Exhibit pride in your driving career and commitment to customer service.
  • Possess a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to Walmart’s success.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Valid Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
  • Minimum of 30 months of full-time Class A driving experience or successful completion of the Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program.
  • Not more than two moving violations in the last three years.
  • No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the past three years.
  • Live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or be willing to relocate within 90 days of hire.

    • Accident preventability will be determined by Walmart based on the ATA Guidelines.
