Part-Time Floor RN Wanted
Farmstead Living in Moorhead, MN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living team as a floor nurse PT . This part-time role focuses on direct resident care, and coordination with care staff to ensure high-quality service and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Document resident care accurately and timely
- Communicate and follow up on physician orders
- Collaborate with CNAs and other team members to maintain a supportive care environment
