About the Role :

Manage all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.

Develop legal strategies and provide counsel to clients across diverse matters.

Work closely with experienced paralegals and staff to deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active NV in good standing.

⚖️ 5+ years of civil litigation experience, with trial experience or willingness to attend trial.
