Responsibilities

• Interact in an energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate manner
• Show empathy toward customers and project an I'll HELP YOU vibe
• Have excellent knowledge of and ability to service heating systems
• Air conditioning skills and certifications favored
• Maintain a pleasant phone manner and competent technology skills
• Bilingual ability will be favorably considered
• Work in a team environment with great cohesion – Contrarians need not apply
