Houston-based firm dedicated to protecting and empowering business owners in the construction industry and beyond. We focus on contract drafting, business law, and litigation. They are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in civil and / or construction litigation to join our Houston team.

Located in the 610 and I 10 area of town.

Duties

• Handle all phases of construction litigation, from case intake through trial and appeal.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage case deadlines, budgets, and client communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, experts, and outside counsel as needed.

Pay will up to $160,000 dependent on experience.
