Senior Motion Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to lead the development of its motion identity.

Key Responsibilities

Define and develop the company's motion system for various platforms

Concept, storyboard, design, and animate assets for brand campaigns and marketing channels

Edit short-form video content aligned with brand storytelling

Required Qualifications

BFA in motion design, graphic design, animation, or a related field

10+ years of experience in motion design, with at least 5 years in in-house brand or creative teams

Strong portfolio showcasing animation, storytelling, and design fundamentals

Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard tools

Familiarity with audio editing, sound design, and basic web animation implementation
