Receiving / Supply Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Ensure safety : Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Receive and unload : Must be forklift certified
- Inspect : Check for damaged goods and verify the quantity and quality of the order and report discrepancies to Procurement Manager and corresponding department.
- Record : Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Process paperwork : Maintain records of orders, delivery details, and shipping and receiving activities
- Ship : Arrange for the transportation of products and calculate shipping costs
- Deliver : Deliver items to and from storage areas
- Organize : Organize inventory records for easy retrieval
- Communicate with vendors : Follow up on orders, and communicate delays or problems
- Coordinate : Coordinate shipping activities with external parties
