About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and evolving the brand's vision, positioning, and voice to resonate with core consumer segments. This role demands a hands-on, creative, and analytical marketer with a proven track record in building and scaling modern, customer-centric brands. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading the strategic development of brand identity, consumer engagement, and marketing innovation, with a strong focus on digital-first initiatives. They must be adept at overseeing all aspects of marketing, from brand strategy and development to the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty.

Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building strong beauty or lifestyle brands, expertise in DTC and retail marketing, and experience with major retailers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty consumer, demonstrated experience in digital, influencer, and content marketing, and a strong network of industry contacts. Essential skills include strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking abilities, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in marketing technology platforms. The VP of Marketing will also be responsible for budget management, brand protection, and team leadership, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
