We seek a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions, and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Hours : This is a Part time role where you would be working 20-24 hours a week as needed based on business needs and the hours of the pharmacy are Monday-Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm CT; the manager is open to working with you on the days and time you would work. There could be additional work hours for other Shreveport locations if you would like to pick up some additional hours.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provideexceptional customer servicetoall consumersandmembersofthe clinic staff
• Fillsprescriptionordersandmakesthemavailablefor verificationunderdirect supervisionoftheRegisteredPharmacist
• Orders,receives,and storesincomingpharmacy supplies
• Receivesandprocesseswholesalermedicationorders
• Verifiesmedication stockandentersdatain computertomaintaininventoryrecords
• Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
• Performs various clericaldutiesrelatingtothedepartment
• Communicateswith strongprofessional verbalandwritten communication skills
• Otherdutiesasassigned
