The Digital Product Manager is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of web, mobile, and app initiatives, ensuring alignment with Learn to Live’s strategic and financial goals.

This highly cross-functional role requires close collaboration with Product, Technology, Clinical, and external vendors to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that drive measurable impact.

This position will play a key role in Learn to Live’s continued growth and success.

Success measures include increased user engagement, higher client satisfaction, and enhanced clinical outcomes.

Product development efforts will span new programs for additional conditions, feature and function enhancements, improved user interfaces, differentiating client capabilities, and innovative new solutions.

Essential Job Function Gather and write product requirements, translate them into actionable user stories / functional specifications, and drive backlog items in collaboration with the rest of the Product and Technology teams.

Lead the product development lifecycle for mobile and app initiatives, acting as liaison between web, mobile, and technology teams to define requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (UI / UX design, animation, video, audio production, mobile development) to gather and integrate creative and technical assets; occasional in-person meetings (primarily Minneapolis based) are required.

Create mockups and wireframes using tools such as Figma to support product requirements.

Create detailed project plans / schedules, budgets, milestones, and communication processes.

Determine metrics for success and collect and interpret customer feedback.

Facilitate and execute UAT and regression testing processes, coordinate feedback process’ with internal teams and drive issue resolution.

Produce internal and customer-facing documentation, training materials, and product demonstrations to highlight product capabilities.

Support go-to-market activities by providing product-related communications, inputs for launches, and responses to RFPs in partnership with Project Management and Sales.

Collect and analyze data, customer feedback, and business needs to identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvement, and product enhancement.

Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and continuously inform roadmap planning and product improvement initiatives.

Key Role Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in product management or related areas (e.g., development, product strategy).
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, write user stories, and manage product development processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing priorities to drive successful launches.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, compelling messages for non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Figma, and project management tools; familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
  • This is a remote / work from home role.
  • Compensation This position is critical to the success of Learn to Live.
  • The compensation package will be tailored to the candidate, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills.
  • Compensation will include base salary and performance-based incentives.
