Are you passionate about cars and working with people?

Our shop is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Representative to attract new customers and corporate accounts, serving as the bridge between our clients and the technical team.

Responsibilities

Welcome and advise customers on their repair needs.

Contact and close corporate accounts for preventive maintenance and fleet repair services.

Support promotional initiatives and help generate new customer leads.

Clearly explain the shop’s maintenance and repair services and solutions.

Build trust, develop relationships, and follow up through to the close of the sale.

Maintain constant communication between customers and the shop to ensure exceptional service.

Requirements

Previous sales experience in the automotive or mechanical sector (4+ years).

Knowledge of auto repair processes and transmissions (not to repair, but to understand and explain them to customers).

Strong ability to negotiate and close sales.

Proactive, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Bilingual (Spanish-English) is considered a strong plus.

Nuestro taller está creciendo y buscamos un Persona de Ventas para atraer nuevos clientes y cuentas corporativas y ser el puente entre nuestros clientes y el área técnica.

Responsabilidades

Recibir y asesorar a clientes sobre sus necesidades de reparación.

Contactar y cerrar cuentas corporativas para atención de mantenimiento preventivo y reparación de flotillas empresariales

Apoyar en iniciativas de promoción y captación de nuevos clientes.

Explicar con claridad los servicios y soluciones de mantenimiento o reparación.

Generar confianza, construir relaciones y dar seguimiento hasta el cierre de la venta.

Mantener una comunicación constante entre cliente y taller, asegurando un servicio excepcional.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en ventas en el sector automotriz o mecánico. 4+ años

Conocimiento de procesos de reparación de autos y transmisiones (no es para reparar, sino para entender y explicar al cliente).

Habilidad para negociar y cerrar ventas.

Actitud proactiva, positiva y excelente comunicación.

Bilingüe (español-inglés) será considerado un plus.
