The Clarity Tax Group is hiring a Tax Manager to be part of our team. This is a hybrid position working full time year around. Based in Bellingham, Washington, we serve our community in financial and tax services for individuals, businesses, non-profit entities, estates, and trusts.

Position requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years of public tax accounting experience.
- CPA license in good standing with Washington’s Board of Accountancy or Enrolled Agent.
- Energetic, a self-starter, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills required for managing multiple client engagements.
- Desire to share knowledge and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be hybrid. This position does require in office client meetings.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and promote our services to future clients.Review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts using Lacerte and Project Management software.Provide leadership and supervision to staff needs, including tax planning.Provide leadership and supervision to staffStay current on CPE training, current tax practices and changes in tax law.Prepare complex tax returns as needed.
