You'll be a great fit if you're experienced with modern machine learning frameworks, particularly pre-trained large language models (LLMs), and have implemented AI solutions into real-world products. You have a strong grasp of system and workforce layers in AI-driven architectures and bring a natural enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies. What You'll Do

You will architect and build solutions to intricate, complex systems in the homeownership domain and implement consumer facing products with an immediate impact on tens of thousands of customers.

Architect and implement AI-powered solutions that automate and optimize key workflows in the homeownership and tax appeal spaces.

Design and build systems that leverage pre-built LLMs and other machine learning tools to create self-serving, intelligent experiences for customers.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into user-facing applications and backend systems.

Develop infrastructure and pipelines to support the continuous learning and deployment of AI models.

Lead the transition from human-assisted to AI-driven systems, identifying areas of opportunity and designing practical, scalable solutions.

Share your AI expertise across the company—teaching best practices, driving innovation, and influencing strategy.

Apply your deep understanding of system design and cloud infrastructure (AWS, SQL, etc.) to ensure performance and reliability.

Write clean, scalable code, especially using technologies like React and NodeJS, and own end-to-end implementation.

Operate with autonomy while maintaining open communication and strong collaboration with your peers.
