Bass Bay Brewhouse is a family-owned, Wisconsin-inspired restaurant offering a unique blend of classic supper club charm and modern dining experiences. Originally founded in 1958 as The Aud Mar Supper Club, our restaurant has a rich history and is now in its third generation, proudly serving the Muskego community.

Nestled on the beautiful shores of Big Muskego Lake, Bass Bay Brewhouse offers breathtaking views, a cozy Northwoods ambiance, and a dynamic atmosphere that attracts locals and visitors alike. Whether it's enjoying handcrafted cocktails on our lakeside patio in the summer or warming up by the fireplace with comfort food classics in the colder months, our goal is to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Position : Full-Time Manager

We are looking to expand our leadership team! As a Manager at Bass Bay Brewhouse, youll work closely with a group of experienced leaders who are dedicated to the success of the restaurant. Youll collaborate with our General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Marketing Manager, Banquet Director, and Kitchen Managers, all of whom have been with the company for many years. Together, youll ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service and maintaining high standards.
  • Coach, train, and support staff in delivering excellent service and maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment that aligns with our brand and guest expectations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and engage with guests.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
