Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of medically complex pediatric patients? Our Pediatric Care Center in Desoto, Texas is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in a facility-based role no traveling from patient to patient.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to support speech, language, and swallowing needs.
- Implement ongoing therapy interventions with a focus on high-quality patient care.
- Create and execute discharge plans that support long-term success.
- Maintain accurate daily treatment records and documentation.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff.
