Overview
Electrical and Controls Engineer for the Booker Noe, Clermont, and FBN Facilities located in Boston and Clermont, KY.
Responsibilities
- Be able to write, contribute to, and enforce plant and corporate standards.
- Ability to work independently to develop project scopes, schedule meetings, coordinate contactors, monitor progress, and modify actions as necessary to maintain schedules, track spending, and perform project management.
- Understanding of Early Engineering Management or Vertical Start Up Methodology.
- Support the needs of operations and maintenance in the Distillation, Bottling, Processing, and Warehouse Departments.
- Execute Electrical Work Orders weekly to support the operations and maintenance needs.
- Partner with Safety Teams and work on classified areas as it relates to electrical installations.
- Work with local IT / OT Support Teams to execute networks up to the company standards with both hardware and software needs.
- Support the Digital Manufacturing Team with MES and CMMS initiatives.

Strong Knowledge in ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and MicroLogix ControllersStrong Knowledge of Flex5000 and Point IOUnderstand how to support PLC-5's and SLC'sExperience in Studio5000Strong knowledge of PlantPAx StandardsMust have experience in Factory Talk AssetCenter, Viewtalk, and Administration ConsoleKnowledge in Aveva Wonderware HMI's focused on OMI and object based InTouch applicationsKnowledge of ThinManager Software managing HMI Access and Application Control.SeQuent ExperienceKnowledge of Aveva HistorianAdditional Qualifications
An understanding of both IT and OT Networks is needed.Knowledge of Cisco CPwF Model is requiredAn understanding of Rockwell Stratix Network Switches is neededKnowledge of Layer 2 and 3 Switches and their configuration with a focus on the Rockwell Stratix SeriesElectrical License in Kentucky is preferredAbility to work extended periods of time on site when requiredAbility to be in an on call rotation to cover Controls needs across Booker Noe, Clermont, and FBNWorking knowledge of AutoCad draftingUnion experience is a plus, not a requirementAbout the Company and Equal Opportunity
