Regional Sales Manager Midwest (IN, IL, KY, MI, OH)

Remote / Field-Based | Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan

Were seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across a defined geographic territory. This remote, field-based role is instrumental in expanding our footprint with dealers, integrators, and end-users, while championing our full suite of security solutions. Youll play a key role in achieving sales targets, launching new products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Regional Growth : Cultivate new business through trade shows, prospecting, and strategic partnerships with dealers, integrators, and distributors.
• Customer Engagement : Deliver compelling sales presentations, uncover customer needs, and position our solutions to solve real-world challenges.
• Channel Development : Strengthen relationships across direct and indirect sales channels to maximize market reach.
• Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new vertical markets, and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for emerging opportunities.
• Training & Enablement : Educate partners on product strategies, market trends, and sales techniques to boost performance.
• Feedback Loop : Act as the voice of the customer, relaying market insights and technical needs to internal teams to enhance product offerings.
• Technical Collaboration : Partner with support teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
