job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop creative copy across various CRM touchpoints, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging Utilize AI-powered tools to draft, scale, and optimize content while preserving human creativity Collaborate with marketing teams to create personalized and measurable campaigns Build AI prompts and workflows for consistent, on-brand copy generation at scale Ensure all copy adheres to legal and compliance standards while maintaining inclusivity 2–4 years of experience writing CRM and lifecycle marketing copy for a consumer-facing brand Strong understanding of mobile-first channels : email, push, in-app, and SMS Ability to work with A / B tests and refine messaging based on results Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Figma, Google Suite, and Slack, with strong project management abilities Experience using data, research, insights, and A / B testing to inform creative solutions Familiarity with AI writing tools or a willingness to learn their application in marketing workflows
