Physical Therapist – Outpatient, Telehealth & Aquatic Therapy Location :

• Stanwood, WA Compensation : $100,000–$120,000 / year + bonuses Bonus Options : $2,500 sign-on bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” bonus (if you and another PT join together) Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 4 clinic days + 1 telehealth day Relocation Assistance : Available About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Stanwood, WA .
• This unique role blends hands-on patient care, aquatic therapy, and telehealth services in a flexible, hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities Provide 45-minute therapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic patients Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods Conduct weekly telehealth PT sessions using digital rehab platforms Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and wellness strategies Collaborate with PTAs and team members to deliver integrated care Document treatments and progress efficiently in the EMR system Qualifications Active (or eligible) Washington State Physical Therapist license Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered) Current CPR certification Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfort with EMR, telehealth, and digital rehab platforms Experience with aquatic therapy a plus (training available) Compensation & Benefits $105,000–$115,000 annual salary (DOE) Bonus Options :
