Necco has an opportunity for a career as an Independent Living Apartment Specialist. This role will add the most value improving operational efficiency, reduce financial risk, and manage ongoing apartment maintenance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our independent living facilities are cost-effective, well-maintained, and compliant with all standards and regulations.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following :

Lease & Property Management

• Proactively manage apartment lease agreements, negotiating favorable terms for the company
• Develop and maintain standardized processes for lease signings, renewals, and terminations
• Establish company standards for apartment rentals
• Conduct annual rent comparison (comp) studies
• Seek and cultivate new partnerships with landlords aligned with organizational standards
