Global External Workforce Manager

A company is looking for a Global External Workforce Program Manager (REMOTE New England).

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and scale a global External Workforce program to align with business needs

Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency

Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and compliance with global labor laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

7+ years of experience in external workforce or talent acquisition program management

3+ years of experience managing MSP and / or VMS providers

Proven expertise in worker classification and compliance across multiple regions

Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and supplier contracts
