We are seeking a Controller specializing in Real Estate to oversee all financial aspects of our real estate operations in Arlington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations in the real estate industry.

  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Controller in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Responsibilities :
  • Manage all accounting operations related to real estate activities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in real estate financial reporting.
  • Develop strategies for optimizing financial processes and improving profitability.
