ACCOUNT CLERK III

Account Clerk III (Open)

Under general supervision, this position will provide complex accounting clerical tasks to support Accounts Payable to accurately and promptly process invoices for payment.

This position will report to the Assistant Director of Accounts Payable.

High School diploma or GED

Three years of accounting clerical experience

Skill in performing mathematical computation using analytical techniques to reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, staff and faculty

Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple and continuing assignments with general instruction

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience processing invoices in higher education or not for profit setting

Knowledge of general financial principles

Experience with Workday or other ERP system

The position is a full-time, non-exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.
