Associate Attorney

• Role Description

This is a full-time attorney position requiring on-site work in Chicago, which uniquely offers candidates the opportunity to support clients in a wide range of litigation and transaction matters. Our ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in litigation and / or transactional work. Prior experience in health care law is preferred. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work on a wide variety of matters in a collaborative environment.

• Minimum Requirements :

2 4 years of experience in litigation and / or business transactions; prior experience in health care law is preferred

Ability to review and analyze a wide range of legal issues

Exceptional research and writing skills

Strong work ethic and desire for professional development

Effective communication skills

Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with sound judgment and decision making

Member of Illinois Bar in good standing

Willing to apply for licensure in Arizona

Salary commensurate with experience (starting at $95,000) and competitive benefits including PTO, sick / personal days, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k). While on site work is generally required, we offer employees two flex work from home days per month.
