Senior Attorney- Litigation

A nationally recognized, multi-office defense firm is seeking a Partner-level Litigation Attorney to join its Des Moines office. This role is designed for an accomplished litigator with 7+ years of tort and complex litigation experience , proven first-chair trial expertise , and the ability to mentor and supervise junior attorneys.

In addition to handling a diverse docket of mattersincluding personal injury, products liability, construction defect, employment disputes, and commercial litigationthe successful candidate will also have the opportunity to serve as General Litigation Practice Group Leader , overseeing attorneys across Iowa. This leadership role combines hands-on trial advocacy with strategic practice management and client development.

The firm represents a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and insurance carriers to municipalities, healthcare providers, and mid-sized businesses.
