About the Role :

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Production team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing chemical mixing, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily chemical mixing and production schedules to meet branch needs

Supervise, schedule, and support production staff

Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods

Coordinate inbound / outbound logistics and shipments to / from branches

Monitor and maintain production equipment

What We're Looking For :

Some experience in a production leadership or supervisory role is preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable and consistent work ethic — someone the team can count on

Forklift operation experience preferred

Valid driver’s license
