Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred. Recent hospital experience preferred. If rotating to an Ambulatory position : Pharmacy residency experience preferred. Advanced practice certifications preferred. Current license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy 290842 2 Years pharmacist experience required. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
