Senior Java Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Java Developer for a 7 month+ contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level IT solutions while optimizing applications and writing clean code

Perform detailed unit testing and maintain both planned and unplanned internally developed systems

Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices across the team

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in software design and development, focusing on backend Java using Spring Boot and Spring Batch

Strong proficiency with MongoDB and PostgreSQL

Experience with OpenShift and Jenkins

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

7+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
