We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to grow business within an assigned territory. This role is all about creating opportunities, building partnerships, and closing deals. The right candidate will know how to balance hunting for new business with maintaining long-term customer and dealer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Build strong connections with dealers and customers to drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that expand territory growth and market share.
- Stay on top of industry shifts, competitor moves, and customer needs to stay ahead.
- Share insights and feedback with leadership to improve performance and strategy.
- Ensure territory goals meet or exceed revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience in themachine tool industry(required).A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.Strong business sense and understanding of manufacturing or industrial markets.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Skilled negotiator with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel regularly; valid driver’s license required.\When you’re not traveling, this role will be remote.
