We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to oversee our Heart & Vascular Clinic. In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient-centered care, guiding a dedicated team while ensuring operational excellence and high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do :

Lead and manage daily operations of the Heart & Vascular Clinic.
Drive high standards of patient care, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes.
Partner with leadership to implement strategic initiatives that elevate clinic performance.
Mentor and inspire staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, compassion, and accountability.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

3+ years of clinical leadership experience with proven success in guiding teams and enhancing patient care.

Strong understanding (or ability to gain knowledge) of Grady Health System's mission, principles, and programs.

Prior cardiac / vascular clinic experience preferred.
