Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the filtration industry, is seeking an AP / AR Specialist to join the accounting team! This role offers ownership of both accounts payable and receivable, with long-term growth potential in corporate accounting.
Salary : $70K - $87K

Responsibilities : AP / AR Specialist
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable : invoicing, cash applications, payment processing, and collections.
Oversee Accounts Payable : invoice entry, PO matching, variance resolution, and vendor payments.
Support general ledger activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
Assist with month-end processes, including credit card journal entries and reporting.
Maintain and update third-party billing portals.
Qualifications : AP / AR Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, or 3+ years of AP / AR experience.
Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
