Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in industrial equipment, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting customer relationship building and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Port Orange, FL

Pay Range : $20-$24 Hourly

Shift : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM

What's the Job?

  • Support outside sales staff in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Prepare sales quotes and handle incoming sales calls
  • Qualify leads and build comprehensive customer profiles
  • Maintain records of quotes, sales, and bid documents
  • Assist with special projects such as ISO compliance, presentations, and trade shows

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software like Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn technical product information and provide customer support
