We also believe in the power of legal cannabis to repair the damage caused by the war on drugs, especially in communities of color.

About the Role :

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director (Freelance) who combines sharp design instincts with strategic thinking and creative leadership. In this role, you’ll guide the visual direction of projects, review and elevate work from other designers, and jump in hands-on when needed. You’ll also play a key role in the creative process—from conceptualizing and mood boards to execution—helping craft designs that are not only beautiful but strategically impactful.

Projects you’ll work on include :

• Event promotion (flyers, social media campaigns, signage)
• Branding and logo design
• Product or merchandise design
• Paid media campaigns (print, digital, out-of-home ads)

This is a freelance role, but we’re looking for someone who can prioritize our projects and commit to steady daytime availability.
