About this role

This role is critical in maintaining accurate, timely, and reliable financial information. Reporting to the Controller, the position will be deeply involved in month-end close, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, providing high-level support to business needs and working closely with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues. A team-oriented mindset is essential.

Essential Duties

Prepare complex journal entries, month-end close, and reconciliations

Assist with financial statements, budgets, tax compliance, and audits

Review financial performance with managers and keep records organized

Qualifications

3+ years' accounting / finance experience, bachelor's degree required

Strong GAAP knowledge; wholesale / distribution experience preferred

High-volume transaction and fast-growth environment experience

Proficient in Excel / Outlook; QuickBooks / Sage X3 a plus

Strong communicator, self-starter, and team collaborator
