Responsibilities

• Travel to different dental offices and complete projects as scheduled
• Troubleshoot possible network problems and help suggest solutions
• Communicate and work with team members to coordinate efforts to support clients
• Possible 2-3 day projects for building an entire IT infrastructure at a new or converting dental office
• Local and state-wide installation
• Effective client communication before, during, and post projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to travel via driving & flying.
• An understanding of networking and computer systems
• The ability to learn through research, technical certification, and on-the-job training.
• The willingness to communicate and work in a team environment while maintaining the ability to be self-driven.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. These are a must.
• A working knowledge of computers, server, and network systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of network installation experience
• Prior on-site IT working experience
• Certifications in IT field are a plus

Additional Requirements

• 75% of travel in and out of the state of Texas
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
