Financial Analyst ERP Implementation Focus (Hybrid Tampa, FL)
A mission-driven organization in the Tampa area is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide key support in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role will focus on variance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting, while also contributing to select accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
The organization is currently undergoing an ERP implementation and is looking for someone who can evaluate current financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. This individual will also serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the ERP vendor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support monthly financial reporting, including schedules, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes.
- Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis and highlight risks / opportunities.
- Assist in forecasting and financial modeling of key revenue and expense drivers.
- Develop ad hoc reports and analyses to provide insights into performance and trends.
- Prepare financial summaries and presentations for leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams during the ERP upgrade, identifying process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between internal finance / accounting teams and the ERP vendor.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.35 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and variance analysis.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems.Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred.Proven track record in ERP implementation and process improvement.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Work Arrangement :
Hybrid In-office every Tuesday and Wednesday in Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.60 - $66.66 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
