Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Director to lead and expand our client engagements within the Charlotte area. This leadership role demands a deep understanding of client relationship management, business development, and strategic consulting services. As a Director you will be responsible for driving client success, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to the growth and innovation of our organization.

Note : you will be on client site in and around the Charlotte area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management :

• Serve as a client champion - demonstrating knowledge about our clients, their business and customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored consulting solutions that drive value.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive issue resolution.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $132,800 to $209,800. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
