Job Description
What your day looks like
You start your shift shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced mechanics, prioritizing safety and quality from the first toolbox check to the final sign-off. You walk the line, listen for the anomalies, and examine machines and mechanical equipment to pinpoint the source of issues. When the fix calls for it, you tear down assemblies and reassemble them, swapping out worn or broken components and placing orders for replacement parts when needed. You dial in adjustments so equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
Your day is varied : one hour you might be performing tune-ups on vehicles or working through an internal combustion engine rebuild (rings, bearings, valve work, carburetor rebuilds), and the next you could be overhauling a transmission or troubleshooting fuel injection, lighting, or ignition systems. Between calls, you help keep the facility in shape—repairing plumbing fixtures, servicing motors, and taking care of occasional paint touch-ups on structures or equipment. You step in to assist other Maintenance Mechanics and take on additional tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
Safety and quality first
We expect every team member to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to maintain a safe workplace and produce high-quality products.
