Job Summary :

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated  Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dishes that represent the quality and creativity of our restaurant. Experience with live fire or wood-fired grilling is a strong plus.

This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Our ideal candidate is experienced on the line, follows instructions well, and brings both precision and pride to their work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients using proper culinary techniques
• Cook food accurately and consistently according to recipes
• Grill proteins and vegetables with precision and care
• Plate and present food attractively
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen at all times
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and storage
