job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAP & AR Transactions Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments Bank Reconciliations Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Fixed Asset Management Track acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules Journal Entries & General Ledger Support Maintain financial integrity with accurate postings Month-End Closing Assist with reconciliations and financial statement preparation Credit Card Expenditures Analyze, record, and allocate expenses correctly Audit Support Prepare financial documentation for external auditors Cross-Departmental Collaboration Gather and analyze data to support decision-making Vendor & Customer Inquiries Assist with financial transaction resolutions Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in accounting (Consumer Products industry experience preferred) Proficiency in accounting software & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
