As a Nurse Manager, you'll guide and support a dedicated team of professionals committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults stabilize and heal.

At our Brook Lane campus, we provide a structured and compassionate environment for patients who require crisis stabilization, 24-hour monitoring, or intensive interventions. Patients stay an average of 911 days, receiving individualized treatment from a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed therapists, nurses, mental health associates, psychologists, and other specialists. Our focus is on healing, education, and preparing patients for continued success after discharge.

As Nurse Manager, you will be a clinical leader overseeing nursing services for our acute care and residential operations. You'll collaborate with the Inpatient Director and Chief Nursing Officer to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and support inpatient nursing staff to deliver safe, professional, and high-quality care.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily operations across Inpatient, PHP, and ECT services.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards (Joint Commission, Medicare / Medicaid, DHMH).
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and foster a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team for efficient patient intake and with HR on staff performance and development.
• Participate in leadership committees, incident reviews, and ongoing staff education.
