CPA Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the month-end close process and ensure timely completion of financial reporting

Prepare and review financial statements and management reports, providing insights to leadership

Design and improve accounting policies and internal controls to support organizational growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required

5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience

2-3 years of experience in an accounting manager role, preferably in a private-equity-backed environment

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements

Hands-on experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
