We are looking for a motivated and personable MedSpa and Plastic Surgery Lead Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in managing new patient inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless consult booking process.

Position Overview :

The Lead Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for potential patients and plays a vital role in guiding them through the consultation journey. You will be responsible for timely lead follow-up, patient education, and maximizing conversion rates from inquiries to booked consultations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all new patient leads (phone, email, online forms, social media).
  • Build rapport with prospective patients while educating them about our services, procedures, and consultation process.
  • Track and manage leads using the practice’s CRM or patient management system.
  • Proactively follow up with potential patients to address questions, concerns, and scheduling needs.
  • Maintain consult and surgery booking targets by maximizing lead conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the patient care team to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional patient experience.
  • Provide regular reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, luxury sales, or a high-touch client service role preferred. (minimum of 2 years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, patient scheduling software, or similar tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.
