Position Overview :

Responsibilities :

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Handle new business phone calls and walk ins by gathering all needed underwriting information and offering a comprehensive proposal that best fits the clients needs.
• Review non- renewals / cancellations to determine what action is to be taken.
• Receive phone calls / emails requesting quotes, changes to existing coverage and / or new policies.
• Complete change requests, complete applications, and collect premium.
• Address billing questions in an accurate and timely manner
