Position Description CVS Health offers an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Finance Business Intelligence & Automation team, as a Senior Automation Engineer. You will develop a deep understanding of PBM Finance data and business processes as you transform existing processes into scalable, autonomous solutions across the Finance Organization. To be successful in this role, you need to be a self-starter with strategic focus and bias for action, and have experience in design thinking, continuous process improvement, systems analysis, solution architecture and development, and data integration. You need to have proven leadership qualities with the ability to influence without direct control, strong relationship building skills, and a drive for fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Ideal candidates will be customer-centric and mission-focused, and will bring passion and energy to the team and organization. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of PBM BIAA Automation.
