What is the role :

As an Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing integrations for our Data & Integrations team. This role will be responsible in the end-to-end process of design, develop, test and deployments. Collaboration with the business stakeholders and team members will be a key in designing a scalable integration. This role involves working with major SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Netsuite, Marketo and gives you the creative canvas to help Elastic be efficient and automated for years to come. What You Will Be Doing :

• Design and develop ETL processes using Talend to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing ETL workflows to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues promptly (prod support).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various data sources and targets.
• Document ETL processes, designs, and architectures.
• Continuously improve ETL processes by incorporating best practices and feedback.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Talend and data integration.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Provide support for production issues and participate in on-call rotation.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.This role does not have a variable compensation component.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
