  • Innovative Programming : Utilize Mastercam Software for accurate programming from SolidWorks, harnessing your expertise with CNC G & M codes and conversational programing to maintain spotless file management.
  • Quality Assurance : Execute inspections, generate meticulous reports, and engage with MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT for seamless job tracking.
  • Finishing Touches : Transform raw components through polishing, rustproofing, and secure packaging.
  • Material Mastery : Skillfully manage materials, ensuring machines are stocked and primed for production.
  • Health & Safety Commitment : Maintain optimal machine performance through daily upkeep and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborative Communication : Offer clear transition instructions during shift changes, fostering teamwork and reliable procedure adherence.

  • Seasoned Professional : 3-5 years of CNC lathe machining experience.
