Principal Field Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Field Engineer to drive customer adoption and maximize value from software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and document their business goals

Provide technical guidance and support to clients, serving as a subject matter expert

Manage the implementation of software solutions and assist in identifying upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding or system administration roles

Linux administration skills and hands-on experience with major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Strong understanding of Kubernetes with prior hands-on experience

Experience with security principles and technologies such as SSH, PKI, and 2FA

Exceptional software troubleshooting and debugging skills
